Living room has couch with queen size pull out bed. Located directly on deep turquoise Flow through canal, with views of Vaca Cut and Atlanta ocean.
Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, right off the dock with colorful tropical fishes. Fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, & shower on the private dock. Large concrete /tile dock has great afternoon shade. Sit & watch the boats go by while sipping on a cold drink.
Two sliding patio doors walk out to the dock. Has a private court yard with BBQ grill, table & chairs.
Washer & dryer available in laundry room.
Large commercial fishing charter boats within walking distance. Captain Hook’s for bait, tackle, boat rentals, etc. Curry’s coffee & smoothies around the corner.
