Renovated spring of 2018! The renovation included electrical updates, granite counters and new backsplash, rebuilding the front porch, new exposed aggregate patio, new carpet, total interior repainting, refinishing of the fir floors, new furniture...and more!

This is my 1920 home in the historic Fort Grounds Neighborhood. It easily accommodates eight people with four queen beds, as well as a sleeping porch and floor space for many more. The front porch and deck are wonderful gathering places, but its proximity to Lake Coeur d'Alene, City and McEuen Parks, the Centennial Trail, Tubbs Hill and downtown are the true jewels.

Summary: Great stay at David’s beautiful house near the lake in Coeur d’Alene! Seven of us stayed here the night before we went to Red Horse Mountain Ranch. Perfect location, lots of amenities, excellent host. The house was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was adorable. It’s a short walk to the lake, so be sure to stroll over and catch the sunset. David was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.
