You'll be located one mile from Flat Creek Winery, an award-winning Texas winery that features bistro dining, wine tasting, and beautiful hill country views. There is a public boat ramp four miles down the road, and the nearest grocery store is in Lago Vista, just 11 miles away. This home is on a bird migration path, and you can see various beautiful birds come through. You're also just a short drive from Austin, the state capital of Texas and the Live Music Capital of the World.
You will have many amenities, such as an open-concept living area, a newly renovated (spring 2023) full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table with seating for everyone, and plenty of room for the whole group. After a long day of discovery, sit on the patio or spacious balcony and grill dinner. The bathrooms were also recently renovated.

Due to drought conditions, this home currently has no water access. There is no water in the cove, and the dock is now dry. Please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.The twin beds are new and extra long.
