Free cable TV, All TV's are Flat Screen ,high speed wireless internet, and phone(The only cell phone service in the Island Pond and surrounding areas is AT&T, which is very good. All other cell phone carriers will not work in the Island Pond area). Dock for your boat and swim raft. Wood stove with free wood, washers & dryers, gas Weber grill, Beach front campfire pit and wood fired pizza oven with wood supplied, deck with new patio furniture, covered screen porch, lawn furniture, whole house backup generator . Fifteen minutes to Burke Mountain, VAST Trail at driveway, Forty minutes to Jay Peak.
