Welcome to our Winterferienhaus-that's German for Winter Vacation Home! Nestled in the woods near Otsego Lake. Long term rental available for a discount! Our beautiful split floor plan wilderness style home offers 2300 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps 8-10 people. NEW AC (3 Mini-Split units), NEW roof, NEW gas water heater, NEW mammoth refrigerator, NEW Septic, and updated electric. All NEW flooring throughout. NEW large capacity washer and dryer. NEWLY updated guest bathroom. The sprawling backyard is partially fenced in with a NEW lawn. There are 4 heating zones with 4 thermostats for ideal heating. Hot water heat throughout the home in addition to 3 Mini-Split systems which offers heat as well as AC. Bunk beds are full over full. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry and loads of storage. All linens and towels provided. The north wing offers private master king bedroom with reading room and full bath. The south wing offers 3 large bedrooms (2 w/queen beds, 1 with full over full bunk beds) and full bath with shower and deep tub. Spacious living room with comfortable seating. Large capacity washer and dryer. 2 stall garage. Base board hot water heat PLUS Mini-split heating and cooling.-3 units throughout the home. Ample parking with room for snowmobile trailer(s). Desk and printer for your use. The Rails-to-trails is out our front door!! Public access to Otsego Lake is 2 blocks away. This is our summer vacation home so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Great location for your winter sports. Ski resorts all w/i minutes from the house. Pure Michigan!
