Cute, clean & completely renovated 1930's cottage lovingly named Windswept by its original owners offers its guests the most amazing sunsets. This waterfront cottage is located in the quaint town of Alton Bay and offers an open concept main floor with 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms and another 3/4 bath on the second floor. Outside you will find a large lakefront deck with outdoor furniture, a bbq grille, fire pit and stairs down to the water and a large sun platform right on waters edge with sun loungers to sit and relax and private dock for your exclusive use- so bring the boat! Here is your chance to relax and get away. Host is a licensed NH Realtor.

Please note this property is No pets - No smoking- No fireworks- No parties - No overnight guests over 6.
