Located on 1 acre of serene natural landscape. There is 1 nice sized bathroom with a pretty tile double headed shower. 1 dog is allowed with a fee. A stacking washer and dryer are provided. There is propane heat or a wood stove to take the summer chill off if you need it. Convenient, newly added Tesla charging station. Brand new, large screen T.V. is provided with DVD's, books, and games for your entertainment.
The true natural habitat and wilderness of this home attracts many of Idaho's wonderful wildlife. You may see deer, elk, moose, Gopher snakes, bear, squirrels and rabbits to name a few.
A great location to take advantage of the snow and easy access to nearby snowmobile trails. Be sure to bring your snow toys! *The road to the home can be rough and 4WD required during the winter months.
