WELCOME HOME to your very comfortable 1900 sqft house, centrally located in Old Goodwood, a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. This beautifully furnished 2500 sq ft NON SMOKING home that has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, plenty of seating, fully equipped kitchen for 10 people. The spacious den that is equipped with a Samsung Smart 55" TV, Bose SoundBar that is great for fun or relaxing. We offer high speed WiFi. The home is designer decorated and has beautifully furnished rooms with guests security, comfort and relaxation paramount. Endless hot water for the whole house. Cold drinks, and light snacks provided at checkin. Small and medium size pets are welcome with notice. However, pets must be confined in a crate during the time they are left alone. One medium size crate is available during your stay. Guests will receive an access code to house front and carport doors and monitored security system. Four outdoor security cameras monitor parking and exterior doors. 1 covered parking space with 3 car maximum onsite parking. (Additional parking available nearby if needed) I’m very responsive to your questions and concerns before, during and after your stay. I’m available from 8am to 8 pm. I am always happy to meet you at checkin to show you around. Some guests may be eligible for self checkin. Your comfort, safety and privacy is my utmost priority. (If the WIFi goes down at 11 at night, I’ll get back with you in the morning). Our house is located on the Boulevard in the Old Goodwood subdivision. A large park called Independence Park has a Botanical garden, 1.50 mile jogging path and the main Parrish Library. It is directly across the boulevard from our house. We are 20 minutes from BTR airport. The house is located on the public bus route, bus stop within 100 feet, and Uber ride sharing is typically less than a 5 minute wait. This is a NON SMOKING House. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, dish ware for for 10, Starbucks Keurig coffees and various sweeteners provided in kitchen. Most popular kitchen cookware is also available. Various cold drinks and small snacks provided. New private shaded side patio seating for 8 right off the den for outdoor relaxing. Smoking is permitted on the outside patio area.
