It has one cozy queen bedroom, a beautiful waterview "flex-space" with trundle bed and desk, and a loft off the living room with two twin beds that makes for a magical camplike experience for anyone who is a child or a child at heart. The bathroom has deep-soak tub and shower as well as a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen has an electric stove with All-Clad pans, large refrigerator, and gorgeous granite countertops with 2 stools. As if that wasn't enough wonderfulness, there is a screened-in porch with dining table, a patio with grill, a large yard, and parking for two. Adjacent to this yard is a small wooded area with a large fire pit and picnic tables that are available for use with permission from owner. The house is in a quiet lakeside neighborhood, and is conveniently located within a couple of miles of Rte 295 and many stores and restaurants. Also, there are some very nice antique stores nearby. You can be in Providence in 15 minutes, Putnam, CT in 30 minutes, Boston in 60 minutes, most RI beaches in 45-60 minutes. Pets are welcome with a security deposit.
