This house is the perfect property for your next lakefront getaway! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for large family get-togethers. Enjoy the covered deck while you take in gorgeous views of Treasure Lake. The large, level backyard offers a great space for outdoor games and spending time with family and friends. Near the water, you'll have a dock for swimming, kayaks, and a fire pit.
Spend your days fishing, swimming, kayaking, or enjoying the beach or pool in the summer. In the fall, enjoy the cooler weather, beautiful leaves changing, elk viewing in Benezette, and evenings by the fire. In the winter, enjoy the snow, and nearby sledding hill (about 5 minutes away).
With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is plenty of room for everyone. The large great room area is open to the kitchen and boasts dual sliding doors to the deck and a large table for family dinners. The heartwarming fireplace (gas) will take the chill off on cool evenings.
On the main floor upstairs, you’ll enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king bed. The third bedroom has full over full bunks. The second bathroom is in the hallway.
On the first level you'll find 1 extra large bedroom with a king bed, a twin over twin bunk, and a full over full bunk as well as another bathroom. Also on this level is the laundry, a play space for the kids, a TV, foosball table, huge sectional, and two additional sliding doors for access to the yard and lake viewing. On the lower level patio, you'll find a ping pong table.
While at Treasure Lake, don't forget to enjoy the amenities! White sandy beaches with sand volleyball courts, 3 lakes, 2 community pools, two 18-hole USGA-rated golf courses, tennis courts, and more. All this is located just off exit 101 of Interstate 80. Escape to this lake house located just 2 hours northeast of Pittsburgh and just a little over an hour west of State College. Breathe Deep and learn to relax at Treasure Lake.
To protect the lake, Treasure Lake does not allow outside boats on the water. You will have access to our kayaks, but you cannot bring in outside power boats, jet skis, or additional kayaks.
Small dogs are welcome with an additional pet deposit. (No more than two dogs. Dog poop must be picked up after in the yard, or the security deposit will be used to pay landscaping employees to clean up.). Also, your pets must be kept on a leash at ALL times, even in the yard.

• A flashlight or two in case the electricity goes out

• Water shoes (bottom is muck and rock)
