This is a very rustic old hunting lodge that was renovated in 2008 and upgraded. There are three bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The bedrooms are small but comfortable enough. There is a washer and dryer in the house for guest convenience. There is a full kitchen with everything you need if you wish to cook or barbeque on the deck. Soap, shampoo and lotion are provided. The cabin is situated in the Northern Rocky Mountains in the Absaroka Mountain Range. There are deer, elk, coyotes and other animals that visit the property throughout the year. You won't find a more spectacular view. We are half way between Yellowstone National Park and Cody, WY. There is so much to see and do here that you will want to come back year after year. Cody features free wild west gun fights at the Irma Hotel, white water rafting, wild horse excursions, shopping, great food, The Buffalo Bill Center of the West (the Smithsonian of Plains Indians, Buffalo Bill and his rowdy friends, the largest gun museum in the world and a natural history wing. Cody also features the Buffalo Bill dam and reservoir for fishing, swimming and boating and rivers that feature trophy trout fishing in all directions. During the summer, the Plains indians have a yearly Powwow, there is a yearly Mule Rodeo and Auction in Ralston on fathers day weekend, a horse auction on the steps of the Irma Hotel on Mothers day weekend, Rodeos every night of the summer and so much more. This will become your most favorite vacation spot!
