On top of the hill, this home offers a wealth of entertainment. Incredible views in all directions it sits on six acres with large balcony and covered patio with a spa. After a day on the lake come home to a steam room or an outdoor shower. Make s’mores by the fire, play horseshoes, relax by the indoor fire, watch the game at the bar, or go for a hike. There’s a full kitchen, complete with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Kürig machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster oven.
The six acre lot is free to roam and play. The detached garage north of the property will be locked and unable to access. The house is 3500 sq ft equipped with activities for all age groups. The pole barn at the. Bottom of the property is available for use of boat or vehicle storage during the duration of the guests stay.
We ask that you leave the coat closet in the living locked and secured. A utility room downstairs is sectioned off with a baby gate and only for use in case of emergency shut off is necessary.
We are within walking distance to Canyon Ferry Lake. Fifteen min drive to hiking trails. Five minutes to the golf course and restaurants. Five minutes to Kim’s marina and fifteen minutes to Yacht Basin Marina.
Be advised there are gravel dirt roads from the highway to out driveWay. Approx 2 miles. The driveway is a gravel ten foot driveway that is steep in two spots. We suggest an all wheel or four wheel in winter and spring, but it is not necessary in summer or early fall.
Please limit the amount of people on the balcony to 15 persons at a time. There is a patio with a out of ground chlorine spa and propane grill. Additional seating is on the patio located outside of the slider of the downstairs. A large fire pit with firewood is on the lawn. A set of horseshoes are available and the horseshoe pits are located past the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower offers plenty of room and hot and cold water. The pole barn located at the bottom of the drive allows guests to park their boats and toys on the property without having to tow up the driveway. It’s easy to park outside the barn on the bottom of lot or inside the pole barn and pull through for an easy turn around. To launch there is a marina 5 min north (Kim’s marina) that offers convenient lake access and slip rentals. If you’d like to walk down and fish or swim in the water just follow the woodridge trail at about a 400 yard walk to the water from the property. You cannot take motorized vehicles or launch a boat from woodridge trail but it offers easy swimming and shore fishing.
