The home has just gone through modifications with small updates the kitchen, baths, ceilings, flooring, sun porch, shingles and windows. With sleeping space for 10 people, open living space, large eat-in kitchen, screened porch and spacious yard, there is plenty of room to enjoy to the Cape Cod Bay breezes and make memories that will last a lifetime. The large driveway and garage will allow plenty of space for your cars, bikes and kayaks. This home also has a great outdoor rinse off area with hot and cold water, perfect after a day at the beach! *No more than 10 guests allowed at property at any time* Owner requires a $250 Security deposit, if excess trash is left at property after guest departs security deposit will not be returned.
New for 2022 - Mini split AC/Heat unit to be installed in living area, two new chairs and a table for the living room. New chairs in the kitchen. There is now also a TV in the master bedroom that is a smart TV for streaming – there is no cable.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
