Highlights include a 65" Roku TV, a stocked kitchen, garage access, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer unit, this will truly be your home away from home.
With extras like an espresso machine and toaster oven. We also provide eco-friendly and clean household products available for your use.

DOGS:
We allow one dog maximum per stay, must be at least 1 year of age or older. A fee will automatically be applied to your booking once this information has been disclosed.
DOG RULES:
- No puppies under 1 year old.
- We have a 1 dog maximum per stay.
- Dogs must be spayed or neutered.
- Under no circumstances can dogs be on furniture, please bring your own dog bed.
- Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the home, in the backyard, or in the surrounding areas.
- Any damages will incur extra charges.
- Please clean up after them. If we find any dog poop on the property you - may be subject to an additional $50 fee per finding.
- No cats or pets of any other kind are allowed.
POOL/HOT TUB:
Guests have access to our pool during the summer season. Our pool was renovated in 2023 with a new liner, step ladder, and lights. Please keep in mind the pool is not heated and does not have a cover year-round.
POOL/HOT TUB RULES:
- Use the swimming pool and spa at your own risk.
- The landlord/owner/host will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the tenants/ tenants occupants/ guests while using the pool/spa.
- The tenant will indemnify the landlord/owner/host for any actions resulting from injuries or deaths to tenants/ tenants occupants/ guests.
- Please do not leave dogs or small children unattended in the backyard.
EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are 3 outdoor security cameras. One at each entrance of the home (outside of each access door). The one in the backyard faces the covered hot tub and pool area. They are on and recording video of in and out activity at all times.
