This 1 bedroom condo is the ONLY condo on the rooftop!
It has 1 king bed, a futon, kitchen, cable, fiber optic wifi, and air conditioning. It is extremely easy to work remotely with Fiber Optic Wifi, 40 mpbs of speed and a smart TV, with access to your Netflix account. There are two air conditioners in each apartment, the price INCLUDES electricity & Fiber Optic WiFi.
The rooftop. The rooftop has high speed fiber optic wifi and tables and chairs for working in the shade. There is also a has a shallow plunge pool (40cm deep), to refresh, it is not for swimming, as it is only 40 cm deep. To enjoy the sun we have lounge chairs and hammocks!
The grocery, pharmacy and convenience stores are 1-2 blocks. Beach and 5th ave only 7 blocks.
Sleeps 2 people most comfortably. The futon can sleep 1 adult or 2 children
The building has very nice common areas, to sit and mingle, work or relax. There is a great vibe in the building, a lot of remote workers staying longer term. It is a great place to meet people from all over the world!

Guest Interaction:
We have staff on site between 9am - 5pm, 2pm on Sundays. Including cleaning and Maintenance staff. We are always available by phone or message. There is no reception desk.
Check-in Procedure:
Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo as soon as you arrive.
The neighborhood:
We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.
Building Rules:
• Quite time is between 10pm - 9am.
• Please no smoking inside, and treat the unit as if it were your own.
• Turn OFF air conditioning when you are not in the unit, rooms cool down quickly and electricity is VERY expensive in playa, please do not waste it
