Welcome to our newly remodeled Scholl Rd home. This is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath single family home in the heart of University Heights. Tree lined streets, super family friendly, safe, and quiet. It is about 10 to 15 minutes drive to popular destinations including Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, CWRU, and John Carroll University, and just a quick 5 minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, Planet Fitness, local bakeries, coffee shops, and more.
