Our cozy guest home is located on a lot alongside HWY 17 right across from Akins Fresh Market. This remodeled 4-bedroom home is ready for your enjoyment. This is a perfect setting for a getaway of up to 10. The home has 5 beds and a sleeper sofa, a living room with a comfortable sectional, TV/WiFi, a full-size kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Spend time in the backyard with the use of a picnic table and full use of a BBQ grill. Healing Soap Lake waters are right up the street. Many other lakes are in the area.
The space
Cute cozy home that has lots of space even though it looks small. It is more private due to not being in a neighborhood. The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and 2 other bedrooms are on the other side of the house with their own full-size bathroom. Upstairs has a loft area with a sleeper sofa and a bonus room with a queen bed setup.
Guest access
Please pull up at the back of the property through the cedar fence opening. Park in front of the shop alongside the lawn.
Please respect other guests who occupy the RV lots by not obstructing their space. Park back to back in two rows or use additional parking behind the fence and on the street in front of the house.
Other things to note
The home is fully air-conditioned with new mini split A/C units in each room. Before you check out don't lower the AC temperature below 68 degrees.
