Remodeled duplex (you get a whole side all to yourself), two private bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full size pull out in couch with memory foam upgraded mattress. I roll away bed also for the young ones or additional person. Great reviews from all my guests so far (5 Stars by all)! We are about a $5-8.00 ride to convention center, stadiums, and only a short walk or bike ride to cultural district and other local establishments. Wifi, full kitchen, laundry in basement, 1 TV, pretty much anything you need.
