The entire property is available for being rented, but in this listing we will focus on a hotel type of room rental including your own private bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and one common shared space half bathroom as well as access to all common areas including a massive kitchen stocked with all appliances and basic cookware, dishes and utensils, a large dining room table with seating for 8, a bar area with seating for 4, a living room with a 75" smart TV and fireplace, a sunroom with seating arrangements for six, a coffee bar with 2 Keurig's and plenty of mugs, a ballroom area, an upstairs reading nook, a laundry room with two washers and two dryers and a large open backyard space and plenty of parking in the front driveway.
