This close-in housing project is aimed at the working clientele who wants to get home to some peace and quiet in the midst of the hustle-bustle of the city! This BRAND NEW 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home will fill the bill for those who want to live closer to where they work thereby eliminating a long commute. There are 12 homes in this cluster, each with their own attached garage plus an extra garage to accommodate a second car or to use for storage. These homes surround a center park-like common area complete with sidewalks and landscaping that is sure to please those who like the feel of serenity that a garden like this would bring. The community is near to the Boise River Green Belt accessed at the Glenwood bridge! Shopping is close too, with Fred Meyers on the corner of Glenwood and Chinden! And nothing is nicer than to live near Expo Idaho! After a long day at the job, you can fall into bed for a great night's sleep; the bedroom is on the upper level loft with vaulted cealings and an open view to the first level with plenty of windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, utinsels, silverware, and dish towels. There is also a coffee maker with coffee supplies, a toaster and a toaster oven. Long term or short term rentals are fine. The rental rate is dependant upon the length of stay. Pets are welcome upon approval; however, there is a refundable pet deposit. There is a TV on the first floor living area viewable from the kitchen, dining area and living area. There is also a TV in the upstairs bedroom loft.
