Remodel completed in late April 2022. Spacious 2200 square foot 2-bedroom (Suite R & Suite S) condo on the Savannah River, approximately 2 miles from the Augusta downtown. When our first renter walked through the condo she said, "Normal people don't live like this." My wife said, "Oh yes you can!".
The layout is as follows: 1st floor: 2 car garage & foyer, 2nd Floor: living area, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, deck on the river and breakfast nook on the river, view of the moon coming over the river from the deck is incredible, 3rd floor: laundry, 2 bedrooms each with a large spacious bathroom, walk-in closet and queen bed. Bedroom on the river has an outdoor deck & a Jacuzzi Tub, Bedroom on the street side has stand-alone tub.
