Set on a beautiful bucolic 13 acres, this home is just 5 minutes from State College. With a beautiful backyard patio view of the Tussey Mountain Ski Resort, your view will also include your private native trout stream flowing through the property from Galbraith Gap Run….. Do you like fishing? Well, you will have 2 private bass ponds to choose from, one is ½ acre and the other is ¾ acre with a paddle boat for your use.
Also should you wish, there is a large 6 person hot tub for your use as well as a smokeless fire pit, outdoor bar and Weber grill and flat screen TV.
As for the inside, the house has four large bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms have three queen size beds, and one king sized bed as well as a queen sized extra bed that can be used. The inside main house has 4 large 20 ft. skylights in the foyer, 3 separate couch sitting areas in the main grand room that are perfect for gathering around and watching TV, dining or just chatting and laughing…. This very large open 2,000 sq. ft. room, is perfect for gathering and is lined with nearly 50 ft. of sliding glass doors to enjoy the sights outside.
Also, the house features a beautiful marble counter kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, 2 large stainless steel refrigerators, and a mini bar in a separate attached second dining room. A large capacity washer & dryer is also in a separate room.
