You'll be located on Main Street right in the heart of Sheridan's historic downtown. An excellent restaurant on the opposite corner, the famous Mint Bar just steps away and some of the best boutique shopping experiences in either direction will keep you busy when you're not relaxing inside at your home away from home.
The entire condo is available to you, and not shared with anyone.
The condo is on the third floor, with elevator and stair access. There is possibility for noise with the Main Street location.
Using this location as a home-base, you could easily make day trips to the Big Horn Mountains, Big Horn Polo fields, Big Horn Battlefield and other local sites.
The unit is in the historic Montgomery Ward building which was rehabilitated and divided into condos in 2016. The first floor is commercial spaces - a shoe store is right below the unit.
Walk or drive around town. Please note there is very little public transportation and very few shared ride service vehicles.
There is a code-accessed private parking garage with one parking space. You will have access to a garage door opener while renting the unit.
