To complete this haven for nature lovers, +/- 700 feet of beautiful Emigrant Creek runs through the property and the property borders BLM land which leads to USFS land. Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge and Emigrant Fishing Access are just a short drive away. Yellowstone National Park +/- 31 miles, Livingston +/- 27 miles, Bozeman +/- 50 miles.
