The entirety of this upscale and breathtaking interior is complimented by our super quiet neighborhood away from the busy downtown areas of San Diego.
The Bedroom and The Living Room:
The bedroom has a king size bed, while the living room offers 2 additional sleeper sofas that open to queen size beds as well. All beds come with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters.
There are luggage racks, 2 large HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machines, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers in every room.
The Kitchen:
Our spacious kitchen is a perfect fit for family cooking with brand new modern appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more.
The Bathroom:
Our newly renovated bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, hair dryer, and toiletries. Our bathroom is accessible from the living room.
Laundry:
The laundry includes both washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.
Parking:
We have FREE parking right in front of the building and in this whole neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of San Diego, only a 10 minutes drive or Uber ride to the Amphitheater, the Aqua Park, Imperial Beach, the Las Americas Outlet Mall, the Mexican Border, CBX Cross Border Xpress, and the Sentri Enrollment Center. It is 15-20 minutes to Gaslamp District, Petco Park, the Convention Center, Little Italy, and the Bonita Golf Course; and about 20-30 minutes to Sea World, Seaport Village, Coronado, all other San Diego beaches and the La Jolla cliffs.
This is the perfect San Diego location, if you are planning day trips across the Mexican border to Tijuana, Rosarito, and Ensenada, or do a little excursion wine tasting in the wonderful countryside of Valle De Guadalupe.
