The Potter's Home is situated on five gated acres. The home has a horse fence surrounding the property and an electric gate to make you feel safe and comfortable during your stay. The house is large approx. 6500 sq feet. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of eight homes all on five acres or more. It is a place of privacy and peace, with your own pool, jacuzzi, bar, game room, library and more. The main level opens up to high ceilings, with a music room to the left. The music room has a fully tuned piano, two guitars and a banjo. It is a perfect coffee spot in the morning as you watch the birds come and go on the feeder. Upon your entrance to the right is a beautiful dining room with a dining table that expands to seat ten. As you continue into the home you will walk into a vaulted family room. The family room opens beautifully to the kitchen and back porch. The view off the porch includes a large pool, jacuzzi and gorgeous private woods. Upstairs you will find the master suite with sitting room, desk and large screened tv. two closets and a private bathroom. There are a total of four bedrooms on the upstairs level. The Basement has a library, pool room, bar, 5th bedroom, a fully functioning kitchen and private laundry room. The house has three porches to enjoy. The privacy of the back yard, pool area is peaceful with a fire pit to enjoy on a cold night. There are three bed swings to enjoy, plenty of yard, flowers and Adventure. Trilith studios and community are 9 miles away, Senoia 8 miles, Newnan 20 miles and we are south of the airport 22 miles. This house is blessed with a sense of peace, it is a great respite for your whole being while here on work or play. Welcome to the Potter's Home, in honor of Rick Potter.
