We have completely remodeled the unit and everything is brand new, we pride ourselves in having one of the nicest short term rental units available in Syracuse! Step inside to the spacious penthouse that boasts floor to ceiling windows that you can watch the beautiful sunsets each night or just people watch. The living room is open and inviting where we have a 86” smart tv for you along with a Xbox, packman arcade machine, onn speaker/karaoke machine and a dartboard along with an extremely large couch that is interchangeable to move how you would prefer with storage under each cushion. Then move your way to the beautiful stocked kitchen that comes with just about anything you will need to cook along with cleaning supplies under the sink and a closet next to it with board games for a night in! Then coast on down the hallway to the master bedroom that has 1 king bed and a pack n play if you have a baby along in your travels, open closet along with 2 night stands and 2 dressers, a full attached bathroom with a tub/shower with full amenities. Back in out if there and stroll a little further and you will enter the 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed, a bunk bed set with 2 full size mattresses, 2 night stands, 1 dresser, an open closet and an attached bathroom that hosts a shower and can be accessed from the hallway also and blocked off where you want with the doors. Now take a minute and take some pictures in the grass foyer with led signs and a couch to show off your travels. Next to that is a separate laundry room with a washer and a dryer along with cleaning supplies and amenities. 2 e-bikes are available at no charge to use pending weather! You will have access to free parking in the garage a block and a half away! Please note; There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or anywhere in the building as there is sensitive sensors and sprinklers through the entire unit and building! Also note: There will be no parties tolerated as we have to be mindful of other neighbors and tenants, quite hours are from 11pm-8am.
