From St George, as a base camp, you can visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Valley of Fire National Monument and so much more within as little as 40 minutes to 3 hours in any direction(perfect day trips).

PARKING: This house has a private garage. There is also additional guest parking next to the house. Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options) There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.
PETS: This property does NOT allow pets - owners may or may not have had pets on the property or previous guests' service animals. If you have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify us.
SMOKING: This is a strict NON-SMOKING property. (This includes vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
