This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, Pullout Couch, Large comfortable couch, and an air mattress if needed.
Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom comes with a king bed and more than enough room to spread out.
Bedroom 2 - This elegant upstairs bedroom offers a King bed and stylish vinyl art.
Bedroom 3 - This rock n roll styled bedroom offers a king bed.
Bedroom 4 - This stylish modern bedroom includes a king bed.
Bedroom 5 - The upstairs game room doubles as a bedroom with a queen pullout couch.

You'll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Phoenix, my favorite restaurants, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
