This camper has everything you could possibly need for your weekend getaway and is located on a quiet circle just steps from the trail. This trailer has all the amenities of the huge trailers in a small package. There is a queen bed, sofa bed, a full indoor kitchen, and full bathroom. The RV is located in our side driveway on a quiet circle in the Kachina Village neighborhood of Flagstaff just steps from the Pumphouse Wash Trail and Coconino National Forest.
The camper is a 22ft 2021 Forest River Rpod 196. This light and bright cozy camper is equipped with a full bathroom, AC/heat, WiFi, Roku TV, surround sound, power awning, two-burner cooktop, large RV fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave.
There is parking for 1 car - we can arrange or 2 cars upon request. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and surrounded by trails - Pumphouse Wash Trail, Kachina Wetlands, and Raymond County Park.
The RV is located in our side driveway on a quiet circle just steps from the Pumphouse Wash Trail and Coconino National Forest. We live on the property and are available if you have any questions during your stay. We have two dogs on the property, but their yard space doesn’t overlap the RV space at all.
