Summary: Several issues (none of which were taken care of) 1) no audio on several TV stations making it impossible to watch Sunday football 2) no hot water in bathroom sink 3) no coffee available in early morning and if there was coffee, it was horrible with limited condiments 4) scary environment with no one available after 11p on Sat-literally we were the only people in the building!
