This FOUR (private) bedroom, THREE bathroom vacation home sleeps TEN and is perfectly placed steps from East Lake Okoboji. Your home away from home offers full size kitchen appliances, ice maker in fridge, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, small appliances such as a Keurig one pot and single cup coffee maker (coffee & filters not provided) Ninja professional blender, crockpot and toaster are available for your use. Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Granite breakfast bar with 5 bar stools, the dining table seats four and is open to the living room/kitchen. Double patio doors to your private deck with gas grill, outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers ample seating, streaming channels and high-speed internet, Wii game console, high windows with waterpark, pool and East Lake Okoboji views. Master bedroom presents a King size bed with full bathroom, shower/tub combo, vanity, closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished. The second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and smart TV. The ground floor level provides another full bathroom, laundry room (stackable washer and dryer), and two additional private bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed, smart TV, and make-up vanity. The second bedroom offers two twin over twin bunk beds (4 beds total).

Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
