For guest safety and property security, five exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, side entrances, garage area, and backyard. No cameras are located inside the home.

HOUSE RULES:
- 8 parking spots. DO NOT park on the grass or street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people without prior notice and approval, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.
POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.
