My updated cozy cottage has new beds, bedding and water views. It is nicely located just a short walk to a beach, restaurant and working harbor.
There is a large backyard with seating and grill.
Camp Ellis is a charming village where locals and renters mingle. You may even find yourself becoming repeat guests!
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a nice propane grill, outdoor furniture, a yard, parking and a really friendly community.
I live in the neighborhood so am close by if you have any questions or concerns. I hope you love it here and choose to return yearly!
Camp Ellis is the type of place where you can leave your things at the beach while you run "home" for lunch and everything will be there when you return! It is a community with a lot of tradition. Many families have lived there for several generations! Seasonal residents, year round residents and weekly guests are welcoming and friendly toward each other. It's the kind of place that you want to return to!

When I purchased 10 Beach Ave a couple of years ago, I replaced all the beds, bedding, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. I want my guests to feel respected and return annually! I expect my guests to treat 10 Beach Ave. like a home. It should be left as it was found. If something should break or become damaged, I expect my guests to inform me. We will arrange for repair, replacement or compensation.
Camp Ellis is a neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect my neighbors and their summer guests. Only the agreed upon number of guests may stay in my home. I do allow most dogs. I must however, be informed prior to arrival. All waste must be picked up.
