Summary: The hotel only had 2 rooms and the 1st room had a broken toilet, so we had to change rooms. The 2nd room was filthy with an eye lash in the bed in the fridge and on the floor. Dirty pillows and cigarette burns in the top sheet. Blood was under the seat of the toilet. I called hotels.com and the front desk lied and said they put me in another, but they didn’t have any rooms available. I asked them why did they lie and they said that I should have called them instead of hotels.com. Hotels.com did not believe me and would not help me with another hotel and I purchased the insurance. That company hung up on me. Don’t stay here. I had to go to the front desk so we could have clean linen. The floor and fridge was dirty and I sent pictures to both the super 8 and hotels.com. Hotels.com gave me a $75 credit instead of assisting me with a refund and finding a new hotel room. POOR SERVICE!!
