Enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Sunset Paradise featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a large ground level patio looking out at your own private inground pool with heated spa, and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water! Main Floor Arrangement: The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, nightstands, dresser, and access to the primary bathroom and private patio. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual pedestal sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The private patio is covered and overlooks the pool and has 4 chairs to relax in. The kitchen includes a refrigerator (w/ice maker), dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a flat stovetop. The dining area seats 10 and is open to the large living room. The living room offers comfy seating with a nice open floorplan. There is also a half bath and full size clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside enjoy the breeze and ocean views from the covered front porch! Upstairs Arrangement: There are four bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. The bathroom features a stand-up shower and built in sink. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, and double door closet. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed, nightstand, and double door closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed, each with a nightstand. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and three twin size beds. All bedrooms have doors for privacy. Ground Level Arrangement: Enjoy the beach but need a break from the sand? Get ready to enjoy the private pool and spa! The pool area is fenced with a self-latching gate for security. The adjacent covered patio has room for everyone to relax out of the sun and maybe take a nap in the hammock. The front driveway is paved the full width of the house for plenty of room to park. Items of Note: The luxurious neighborhood has its own entrance to the beach by foot or you can park directly on the beach using Access Point #16 at 13 Mile road, no permit required! If you need any additional supplies, food, or drink there is an enormous Dollar General located just across the road from the neighborhood entrance. The Sunset Paradise offers the best of the beach and backyard pool time to get the most out of your stay! HOUSE RULES, HOA EXPECTATIONS, AND GALVESTON COMMUNITY ORDINANCES: - No loud music, parties, or other loud activities. The Galveston noise ordinance (Code Sec 24-2/3) is enforced in the community and prohibits noises above 70 decibels from disturbing neighbors between the hours of 10PM to 7AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and help keep the community peaceful and relaxing. - Golf carts require a permit and are allowed to be driven in the neighborhood but not on the dunes or beach. The permit may be obtained online at: GalvestonTX.gov (Code Sec 34-202). ATVs and SXS vehicles are currently prohibited from use on roadways. - Dunes are not to be driven on or vegetation disturbed (Code Sec 8-4). Crossover paths are not to be deviated from or altered. Please help save our shores and keep the beaches and dunes in great shape! - Fireworks are prohibited. - Grilling is prohibited in the home or on the porches. Grilling is only allowed on the ground level in Galveston. This applies to deep frying as well. - Do not hang clothes or towels over any porch railing or fence on the property. Clothes lines are not to be setup. (rule of the HOA). - Please park all vehicles in the driveway, street or road shoulder parking is prohibited (rule of the HOA). - No smoking inside the house, on the front porch, or on the primary bedroom porch. - No glass bottles or containers are allowed inside the fenced area of the pool. Broken glass is very difficult to clean out of the pool and lawn and we want to ensure the property provides a safe place to walk for future guests. - No pets are allowed. There will be additional cleaning fees and penalties assessed for violations. - Do not unplug any electronic devices including the wifi router, cable box, ring doorbell, TVs, and thermostats. - The number of guests at the home should match the number indicated on the reservation, and should not be more than on the reservation. - Trash shall be placed in bags and not thrown directly into trash carts. This helps prevent loose items from littering the community. - Sunday check-outs need to move the trash bins to the curb for Monday morning pickup. - Homeowner is not responsible for charges incurred to the renter due to leaving personal login information in streaming applications or subscription services (Ex: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). - Please do not clean or store fish inside the home.
