Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Also a perfect place to stay to enjoy all the area wineries. 32" TV with wifi. No pets and no smoking please! Walkway down to the lake. 21 and over please. Community gazebos with a fire pit.
