Sunsational is a bright and refreshing beach home being only steps away from the beach. This home features an open floor plan which is great for families.
The main living area has plenty of seating to easily accommodate all guests for conversation and relaxation. With the help of the DVD library, put on your favorite movie after a day out on the beach or spend the day in downtown Galveston.
Cook with all modern kitchen appliances from an updated kitchen and enjoy your meals at the bar or the dining table that seats 8. Or want to enjoy the sunset, take your food and snacks outdoors to the shaded upper deck and watch the sun go down over the Gulf.
The ground level also has a finished patio where you can dine at the picnic table, relax in the shade, grill your catch of the day on the charcoal grill, or swing on the porch swing while enjoying the summer breeze. You can clean up in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water after enjoying a day in the sun and sand. Stream your favorite sports on the smart TV in a ground-level room equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and bar.

SPANISH GRANT
Spanish Grant is a quaint, cozy, welcoming, friendly, island beach village, established well before the ’90s, located just seven miles West of 61st Street, with just three rows of beach homes and offers multiple pathways to access the beach. The beach in Spanish Grant is not a drive-on beach, which many families with small children prefer.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Spanish Grant offers three (3) approved public pedestrian pathways to the beach in Spanish Grant; at the end of Spanish Grant Blvd. and the east and west ends of Ventura. Please do not enter the beach at Buena Vista dunes or by cutting through private property to access the beach. Parking only allowed on the beachside of the road on Buena Vista from the beach.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
