Bedroom 1: 'The Cozy Room' Queen bed with en suite full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: 'The Cowboy Room': Two bunk beds (4 full-sized beds total) with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting to Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: 'The Ski Room': King bed with unique ski-inspired decor, sharing the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: 'Primary Suite': King bed with en suite bathroom, including a Jacuzzi tub, large shower, and private fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for stunning mountain views.
Additional Sleeping:
'Saloon Room': On the main floor, a queen pullout sleeper offers extra flexibility.

Note- Bedrooms 2-4 are all located on the same floor- the top floor. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor. The theater room is located in the basement. This home has 3 floors.

3. Quiet hours 10pm-9am (if you're in the hot tub past 10pm quiet hours apply)
4. Do not tamper with the smoke alarms.
5. You will be charged for any damage done to the house or for any missing items
6. Please be mindful of noise when outside using the hot tub- guests use this at their own risk and assume responsibility for any injuries.
7. Must be 21 to book, cannot book on others behalf
8. Guests are responsible for turning off fire pit outside after use- high fire risk area
9. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the house
10. No glass is allowed in the hot tub
11. No on- street parking is allowed- this rental comes with 3 garage spaces and you can fit 2 cars in the driveway

2. We have outside exterior security cameras around the perimeter of the house
3. We have our hot tub cleaned multiple times during the week, you may see the hot tub technician outside during your stay.
4. On trash day, our trash service will wheel the trash to the curb and then place it back inside the garage. They will not enter the house, only the garage.
5. You may see someone plowing and /or shoveling during your stay
