Walking into this professionally decorated home built in 2019 you will feel an instant sense of refreshing calm from the outside world with thoughtful and simple touches of light blues and the soft gray color scheme. Aside from being a relaxing place to walk into, it is the perfect landing spot for a family or small group.
Guest Access:
The main level of the home has a kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom and garage access.
There is a set of stairs to access the bedrooms which include:
1 fully furnished master bedroom with an attached full bathroom and oversized closet
1 room with queen over queen bunk beds (two queen sized beds total)
1 fully furnished bedroom with a queen bedroom set
And the upstairs of the home also includes a laundry room and full bathroom (with the master bathroom being an additional bathroom upstairs that’s attached to the master bedroom)
Across the street is a family friendly park with picnic tables and room to run, and the home is within a two minute driving distance from one of Meridians favorite gathering places Settlers Park with playgrounds, ponds, walking paths, fields, tables and more. You are about a five minute drive from the popular Village with endless dining and shopping options and located about 25 minutes from the Boise airport.
It’s important to note that this home is locally owned and operated, all bedrooms are located on the second level. We also have a sister property to this one, the homes being nearly identical with the same amount of rooms and bathrooms, located a couple houses down. If you’d like to book two homes to accommodate a larger party, we can help conveniently place your parties in both homes which are within walking distance of each other.
We would love to host you while you’re in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.

Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
