The layout includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor patio. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 includes two double beds, with room for one more guest on the couch. Summer stays include hot-tub access (May–Aug), and guests may also enjoy a private beach nearby.
House rules include quiet hours from 10pm–8am, no smoking, no parties, and a limit of two dogs under 20 lbs. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee. Starter supplies are provided, and guests are asked to sort trash, remove shoes indoors, and contact the host via message for support.
1.【No Parties or Events】
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb`s policy mandates that we force evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule.
2.【Quiet Hours 10 PM-8 AM】
To respect our neighbors` peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.
3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.
4.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. You are more than welcome to bring your slippers! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
5.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
6.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.
7.【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.
8.【Lost and Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee along with the actual shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
