Beautiful lake front property. bright, spacious. Private lake beach. Large deck with grill overlooking the lake. Parking pass to many ocean beaches just a couple minutes away. Nearby beach, ocean beach, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, gym nearby ... Lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, while being away in a private oasis.
Most rooms in the house have a full lake view. (All but one.)
Bedroom/Bathroom layout:
Upstairs to the left is a private bedroom with private bathroom, queen bed and a futon if needed. Upstairs to the right is a master bedroom. Also a large master bathroom. There is also a walkthrough bedroom that has three twin beds and that space shares the master bathroom. Upstairs in the center is an open area with a sofa bed.
On main floor, in addition to the living room, dining room, large open kitchen and the deck overlooking the lake, there is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom.
Downstairs, there are two large bedrooms. they share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a pullout couch. The other bedroom has two queen beds.
