The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room with a large deck for outdoor entertaining and grilling. The deck is on the shady side of the house so you and your guests can enjoy it! The top floor has a loft overlooking the vaulted living room. The master bedroom is also on the top floor with a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the Yellowstone River. The daylight basement has just recently been finished with 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen and family room. Yes, this house has 2 kitchens! The basement also has a separate entrance so your family members and guests can come and go easily.
This convenient location makes for a great base camp to go to and from the Park, it's an easy day trip to Old Faithful and Geyser Basin or make a left at Mammoth and do your day trip to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Artist's Point, and Yellowstone Lake. Outside of the Park there are great things to do nearby making this spot special and the perfect location. White water rafting, horse back riding, hiking, and it's just 10 minutes from the world renowned Chico Hot Springs. There's also several close fishing access sites including Point Of Rocks, Joe Brown, Emigrant, and Grey Owl.
