Enjoy a getaway vacation at our home that features 5 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The home sleeps 15 plus a queen pull-out in the living room. Our home has recently been updated with new flooring and paint! The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, chairs for relaxing, dresser, and night stand. Enjoy the breeze on your own private covered patio that overlooks the pool and has 4 chairs to lounge in. Also included in the master suite is a large bathroom with a jetted tub, large walk-in shower, and his and her sinks. As well as a huge walk-in master closet. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, and countertop flat stove. The refrigerator has an ice maker as well as there is a separate ice maker, so you won't run out of ice. The living room is a nice open floor plan featuring shiplap, a fireplace, and plenty of places to sit and lounge and watch tv and all the channels including the sports channels. The best direct tv package is what we have for your enjoyment. There is a washing machine and dryer so not to worry of dirtying too many clothes. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 1full bathroom. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds with large closets, the 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds and 1 queen bed, with plenty of places to store the kids toys. The 4th bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed. Also accompanied with 2 chairs. Enjoy ocean views and the breeze from the front porch that has plenty of lounge seating. This house has the best of both worlds where you have a very short walk to beach and also have a private inground pool. As well as a hot tub that can be used for $50/day The pool can be heated for a fee of $100/day. Please notify me if you are wanting to have the pool heated or use the hot tub. Under the covered patio downstairs there are comfy patio chairs and a hammock to enjoy while watching the kids swim in the pool that is completely surrounded by a latched gate. Enjoy the fun entertainment of beating someone in a game of ping pong. The table is located under the covered patio by the pool. This property is protected by Ring Security. The Doorbell camera shows the view of the front porch as well as the driveway view. The Floodlight camera overlooks the patio and swimming pool area. There is an additional Floodlight camera that overlooks the driveway and road. These are in place for your safety as well as the safety of the property. If you needed to reach out to the owners for any reason using the doorbell you simply hit the doorbell button and we receive a notification, we can then speak to you the guests thru the doorbell. If you decide to do some cooking out of the kitchen, you will enjoy using the propane grill that is under the patio. A huge Dollar General that has everything including groceries is right across the street. This neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and has its own entrance to the quiet beach. This house really has it all to make your vacation getaway enjoyable and relaxing! Some of the rules of the home are: - No loud music or parties - No glass bottles or glasses outside of the house - Do not hang clothes over the railing on the front porch or the fence around the pool. (This is a rule of the HOA) - Do not hang clothes lines. (This is a rule of the HOA) -The number of guests on the reservation should be the number of people at the home. If other guests are to come I will need to be notified and asked prior to their arrival or there will be additional fees. -Upon departure you will need to put the trash can to the road for pickup. -No pets allowed, there will be a fee if we notice a pet onsite -Do not unplug any of the cable boxes, modem, or ring chime from the wall -The beaches can not be driven on, you can drive golfcarts in the neighboorhood but not on the dunes or beach
