Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel and the room were clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we loved the coffee and cookies available throughout the day in the lobby. The location worked perfectly for us, and the parking was convenient as well.

Negative: We arrived at 6:00 PM, but our room was not yet ready. We waited an hour before we could check in, and it felt like the front desk staff made no real effort to speed things up. She also didn’t inform us when the room was ready—we only found out because we went to ask, even though she had seen us waiting in the lobby the entire time. The hotel did get back to me after I contacted them, but it didn’t feel like they considered this situation unusual or problematic, even though receiving a room at 7:00 PM is quite late. This was disappointing.
