This tri-level house has over 4000sf with an open floor plan perfect for family gatherings. The first floor has a spacious master suite with a private oceanfront deck and brand new bath, along with an oversized family room and dining room both with sliders to the deck where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and the waves crash along the rocky coastline and along the Bonnet Shores Beach. The brand new eat-in kitchen is open to the family room and the double sliders for an amazing view of the ocean. A den and half bath complete the first floor. The upper level is where you will find an ensuite bedroom with twin beds and bath with shower stall, a laundry room, the third bedroom which has a private waterside balcony and full bath with shower/tub combo and skylight. The lower level offers another family room lined with sliders and a wet bar, an ensuite bedroom with twin beds and bath that also has a second washer/dryer, the fifth bedroom with sliders out to the stone patio, a full bath and sixth bedroom which also has sliders out to the patio where you can stroll through the gorgeous gardens.
This property includes 2 passes to Narragansett Town Beach. Located on a quiet dead-end street but only a 5 minute drive to Narragansett Beach, dining and shopping.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
