Not a party house, this is an ideal getaway for one or two families wanting the best location to explore Lincoln, Loon, and all this spectacular region has to offer. Home boasts roomy living over 3 floors allowing your group to spread out and have privacy. Upper floor: master suite and small room w/ 2 singles directly next door - ideal for keeping kids near parents. Main floor is living, dining, kitchen, half bath, and private room off that main level with queen bed. Ground floor is like a separate suite, with queen bedroom and a bunk room, full bath, and TV/game room. Note there is a 2-3 car limit for parking, additional cars may be accommodated but must be discussed in advance. SKI SHUTTLE: Loon Mountain's ski shuttle stop is right outside, about 50 feet of flat walking from the front door. This is Coolidge Fall's dedicated shuttle, that does the loop every 15-20 minutes.. so no need to drive, park, walk, or carry piles of skis and gear to a lodge. It's... ideal!
