It is ok to be a group of bachelors or bachelorettes, but you must be respectful of noise levels at all times. 10 people is the maximum number of people that can be in the unit or on the property at all times ( City of Chicago Rule).
6. No persons may return back to the unit after going out to bars/clubs/etc that are not registered in advance. This is not the place to have impromptu guests.
7. If an item is lost, there will be a small fee charged for its return.
Lost Key Will Be A $25.00 Fee.
8. CLEAN UP:
It is necessary to be respectful of the housekeeper. Any party or group that does not adhere to this rule will be subject to up to double the cleaning fee.
