You will only need to take a few steps out of the front door to find restaurants & nightlife. 3-min walk to East Carson Street. E. Carson is Pittsburgh's Bourbon Street. You could also take a public bus or rideshare to another part of the city for a number of cultural or sports venues. 1 mile to downtown & the iconic PNC Park. 2 miles to Heinz Field & the Strip District.
This recently updated and beautifully furnished modern 2 bedroom townhome allows for 5 to sleep comfortably with all the privacy of a home. The exposed brick and unique furnishings give this place a feel, unlike many short-term stays. There is a fully appointed kitchen, Wifi, 3 Smart TVs, free Netflix, and keyless entry.
Laundry mat within walking distance.
The street the property is on is permit parking. We are more than happy to secure a guest permit parking pass through the city for you. Free of charge. Starting January 2022 they are now in digital form, so all we would need is your license plate number and state. Once we receive that information we will send an email to the city to have it activated during your stay.
Otherwise, the permit parking is free public parking for the first 2 hours.
Keep in mind parking is first come first serve so anyone with a permit can park there. There are no assigned parking spots. But permit passes are only given to residents.
There are metered spots closer to Carson St. The parking meters are enforced Monday through Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-12am. It is $1.58/hr. A 10hr day would cost $18.08.
There are also parking lots within walking distance that we can provide addresses for.

The code for our contactless keyless entry will be provided after booking. On-street parking right outside the rental is free for the first 2 hours. (Contact us if a parking permit is needed for your stay.) There is no need to drive at all. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, tattoo shops, etc. are all within walking distance. You can also use ride share or public buses.
