Positive: The property itself was beautiful. It accommodated our family and well and the foosball table was a hit. The swimming pool was nice. The grandkids loved it.

Negative: This booking experience was the worst that I’ve ever had…and we travel a lot. The property management team had obviously been burned in the past but the excessive questions and confirmations had me looking for ANYWHERE else to stay and buying the insurance because I was sure we wouldn’t be getting the deposit back. They asked REPEATEDLY for each visitor count and age, regardless if they spent the night. After confirming that we wouldn’t be having any parties or gatherings at least five times, I was asked again several times before we arrived. At first, we were told we could have no more than one car, then we had to give them the exact number of cars for our entire stay. The place holds a bunch of people. Do they really expect only one car each time? They mentioned many times that they’d be observing the outside cameras the entire time for visitors so we felt we had no privacy before we even stepped foot on the property. There was a camera covered up inside so we were concerned they’d have audio given their heightened since of paranoia. I just told everyone that they couldn’t even come and visit…or to even help unload/load items for the baby shower. We understand having concern for the property but this was excessive. I’m surprised they didn’t ask for a background check on every visitor though I did have to confirm my identity with my ID so who knows? I’d never book with this property management team again. It’s a shame because the place was nice and there were others managed by the same team that hadn’t been rented. Now, I know why.
